Westbrook Council #2219 hosted a Red Cross Blood drive on Monday April 8, 2019 at St Anthony church hall in Westbrook from 1:00-6:00 PM. This was the first of four scheduled blood drives in 2019. Preparing of the parish hall for the Blood Drive started at 11:00-AM with removal of tall the tables and chairs to accommodate the setup for the drive. Several council members were present to assist with unloading of the Red Cross truck, setup of the drive, working though out the duration of the drive (check-in, Canteen), cleanup, and resetting the tables and chairs in the hall. Everything wrapped up by 7:00 PM.

1 donor gave Power Reds for 2 units collected.

Altogether we managed to collect 19 units which equates to 57 loves potentially saed.
