Project Description:
The St Joseph’s Council continues the Project Roses Pro-Life ongoing activity across the parish. A member of the council dressed in suites present the Roses and Rosary Beads to the Parents and God Parents of children being baptized in the church.
This occurs at every Baptism in the Good Shepherd Parish. Some weeks there are as many as 6 (six) Baptisms across the Parish.
In addition one of the Knights makes a very brief statement thanking the Parents and Godparents for bringing the children to the Church for Baptism.
This will be an ongoing activity and the Council is committed to being at every Baptism during the next year.
