bread bake at St. Rose Parish Hall

Father Paul invited me to join in the baking bread for the Farmers Market in Farmington. The other parishioners, Father Paul and myself were responsible to bake the bread for the Dinner. We made the dough, fermented the dough, turned the dough into loaves and proofed the dough. We then baked and wrapped the bread. We made 12 loaves of oatmeal bread, 8 French loaves, 6 dozen dinner rolls. We also discussed what we will be making for future Farmers Markets, how to resale and market the breads. All proceeds go to the Rural Life Festival/Farm to Table Dinner in the fall.
