Project Description:
One of our Diocesan Missionary Priests, Fr. Divine, asked the Knights if they could help him celebrate Mass, when one of his relatives came to America for a Spoiritual Retreat. We gladly offered to help in whatever way we could. His relative (Archbishop Emeritus Cornelius Esau, of Cameroon) arrived in Chicago, and then flew to Portland, where Fr. Divine brought him to Camden. At the Church, the Archbishop celebrated Mass with his step-brother (Fr. Divine), along with the local Church cadre. He was escorted by an Honor Guard of five Sir Knights, from throughout the State. Several Knights, also from throughout the State, served in many liturgical capacities. The entire community gathered for photos, and helped make Abp. Esua feel at home. A reception was held following Mass.
