Funeral Mass altar server scheduler

Project Description:
A brother Knight in our council is responsible for scheduling other adult altar servers, including himself, to serve at all funeral Masses held at Notre Dame Church in Waterville. This involves working with our priests and the office staff members, who send out the funeral preparation information as early as possible once being informed of a parishioner’s passing. The scheduler then informs the server who is scheduled for that week. The schedule is prepared for the entire calendar year, so it makes it easy to plan for other events over the course of the year.
This brother Knight also assumes altar serving duties on a regular basis at the 4 p.m. Mass Saturdays and often at the 12:15 Tues./Thurs. Masses at Notre Dame Church.
