Helping local food pantry
Council: 8868 - LIMERICK
Project Description:
The Waterboro food pantry requested the two individual that built the food pantry 2 years ago to assemble a plastic storage shed bought from Sears. The shed measured 7 ft. X 7 ft 6 inches. beside the shed a plat form wood structure had to built first. This took better part of the first day. Then the shed had to be assemble with over 125 screws and other accessories mounted on the doors. The project was quite involved with all the metal brasses that had to be put in place. The cold weather temperature near 0 degrees made things much more unbearable. The board of directors for the food pantry was very appreciated. The shed will be used to store garden tools that are used to grow fresh vegetables for the patrons.
