Interview Non-Knight Men In Our Church. 15791
Council: 15791 - FALMOUTH
I along with two Non-Knight Parishioners participated in an evening workshop at Saint Gregory’s Church Hall, on Tuesday February 26, 2019. During the month of January I started some dialog with two of our Church Non-Knights. As a member of the Council Recruiting Team its very important to reach out to the Non-Knight members in our church, in hopes of being able to help them decide if the Knights of Columbus would be a good fit for them and their families. On February 26, 2019 we gathered at Saint Gregory’s to discuss some new recruiting material which we just received and to also answer any questions that they may have. As a newly formed council recruiting has been very easy since our Formation in 2012. But, as time goes by the recruiting effort becomes more of a challenge. At the end of this workshop it was decided that neither man was ready to commit at this time. With a new member drive coming up in April I encouraged them both to sit down with their Family members during March and review all the items I gave them once again, with hopes that come April they will be ready to step up and become a Knight of Columbus Family.
