Project Description:
Three Knights from our council installed a new “hand wash only” sink in the St. Ignatius kitchen, 25 Riverside Ave., Sanford, Me.
Our Assembly, 0357, donated the cost of the new sink, $143. The new “hand wash only” sink is required as directed in the Food Safety Manual our
four Brother Knights received during their participation in the food safety class.
