Lenten Fish Chowder

St. Paul the Apostle Parish at St. Matthew’s Church and St. Mary’s Church every Friday during lent had Stations of the Cross. The Knights prepared a fish chowder every Friday to provide a simple but nourishing meal after the Stations of the Cross and Mass. This is six fish chowders, a labor of love from the cooks. I’m told it is the best chowder around, and the parishioners stay for the chowder every week. This is a great fellowship meal, and one that is well done, and for the first time we provided it at two churches during lent.
