Pork dinner

Project Description:

On Feb. 22nd, at the St. Ignatius cafeteria, St. Thomas council and W. Robert Batchelder assembly held a pork dinner. Several Knights gathered on Friday morning to start preparing the meal for that night. Our meal consisted of roast pork, mashed potatoes, peas, a salad and gravy. The word was put out among the wives that we needed desserts, and we ended up with and over abundance of desserts. The dinner was served to about 75 people, and a good time was had by all that worked there, and all that attended. This was kind of a warm up for our haddock dinners that will start in lent.
