Project Description:
John Testa volunteered 93 hours of time creating good will for the jetport by being visible as an information agent providing services to airport customers. Activities included helping customers locate their boarding passes: answering questions about airport procedures, location of rental cars, restaurants , and intown location; and lost and found. Infrequent flyers are often apprehensive about procedures, TSA, and often items we may not even have considered, knowing there is somewhere to help often reduces their anxiety.
