Windham Council #10020 sponsor an Unbound (formally C.F.C.A.) recipient, Hariah Thamma, in India. The council has sponsored this individual for several years and will continue to until he reaches 18 years of age. The council receives letters from Hariah which are basic progress reports throughout the year. Once annually the council makes a donation to Unbound on his behalf.
