Project Description:

Our Council distributed over 4 cases of Tootsie Rolls on Columbus weekend and collected $1,840 in donations. Approximately $1,600 will be returned to our Council from the Tootsie Roll State Fund to donate to local organizations that provide for mentally challenged people in our area.
