Fall is here and all councils should be ending their Tootsie Roll Drives and returning their monies to me for distribution. The proper forms are on MAINEKNIGHTS.ORG under pages on right side, then hit Campaign for Intellectual Disabilities. Looking for a record this year with Tootsie roll drive.
