The Sacramental gifts, a Rosary hand made by a Brother Knight and a Confirmation prayer book, were presented to all candidates at the conclusion of their Confirmation and First Communion.
The presence of our Honor Guard had a very positive impact on all in attendance.

St. Joseph Pilgrim Icon Prayer Service
Council: 11747 - SCARBOROUGH
Project Description:
Our Council organized and hosted a Prayer Service with the St. Joseph Pilgrim Icon. This was well organized with input from our Celebrant (Fr. Boucher), Pastoral Assistant, and Organist. The Service was advertised online and in our weekly Bulletin. The Service was very nice, and well received, albeit attendence was lower than expected. We will also display the Icon in our Sister church next week.

HELPING HANDS, FLAGS AT THE CEMETERY
Council: 13861 - SANFORD
Project Description:
Eight Brother Knights and four family members met at St. Ignatius Cemetery to assist in placing flags on all veterans graves for Memorial Day weekend. We went out in groups of two, one placing the metal flag holders and one placing the flags into the holders. The instructions were simple. Place a flag on every grave that has a foot marker with the notation of service to our country. There were several other groups including the Boy Scouts, VFW members, and American Legion members. Coffee and donuts were provided for all.
