Project Description:

One of our council members, his wife and daughter participated in the 19th annual ABBA Center Program which was put on at the Italian Heritage Center in Portland on May 13, 2022. For a number of years, we have been supporters of the ABBA Center and what they do to help un-wed mothers, and their babies who come to them for help. The program this year was one of the best we attended and were extremely impressed with the guest speakers which presented a segment on reaching out to these mothers, fathers, and babies with nine different support programs. This year this banquet raised for the ABBA Center $100,214.00. We are pleased with their most blessed gifts, and we are also blessed to know that our donation is a part of the funds collected. Since the founding of our council in 2013 we have been a supporter of this fine group thru our Annual Baby Bottle Drives. Thank you, GOD, for this special day for the Babies and their parents in need of the ABBA Center’s Care.
