Thirty years ago, a pregnancy resource center was established in Waterville, Maine. It provides Pro-Life alternatives for women undergoing emotionally difficult, or unplanned, pregnancies. It provides an alternative to the insidious offerings of the so-called “Pro-Choice” industries, whose only option is the take the life of the most innocent and helpless of all humans – the unborn child, under the veil of calling it “women’s health.” The First Choice Pregnancy Resource Center has recently acquired a new-to-them property, and are currently in the process of renovating the facility. One of the necessary renovations is to obtain a new, state-of-the-art Ultrasound Machine. The Councils of District Seven have been activily raising funds to this end, and, to date, are about $1 – 2K shy of the amount needed to receive matching funds from Supreme. The Maine State Council is asked to inform ALL Councils and Assemblies in the State to contribute to not only this Center, but to ALL PRCs throughout the State.
