ALPHA Ultrasound Fundraiser

Project Description:

On Mother’s Day this year 5 Knights of Columbus councils in southern Maine (Sanford, Springvale, Wells, Kennebunk and Biddeford) ran a Baby Bottle drive to raise money for an ultrasound machine for the ALPHA pregnancy resource center in Sanford. Over $28,000.00 was raised and we then petitioned the KofC Supreme council for matching funds of $12,050.00. The check came in and on October 19th. the Maine State Deputy presented this final check to the ALPHA center which brought the final total of funds raised to over $40,000.00.
