Project Description:

Several council brothers along with our council recorder, conducted the Knights of Columbus Annual 2022 Scholarship application judging on 23 June, in the council meeting room, and via ZOOM. As in years past, the review team had a challenge in selecting the two winners for 2022. We were fortunate enough once again this year to have funds enough to give out (2) $1,000.00 scholarships. This year’s team consisted of our council recorder, youth director, Past Deputy Grand Knight, Past Financial Secretary, two of our council Trustee’s, and one of our councils Past Grand Knights. After discussion on all applications and essay’s, the two winners were selected. Currently the Team Leader is making plans to invite the two winners to our July Social Evening for the check presentation. It is so nice each year to be part of this memorable session. Without the support of our Parish Office, and Clergy none of this would have been possible.
