Project Description:

I am a Volunteer In Service (VIP) for the Augusta Police Department. I had volunteered in the past but the pandemic ended volunteer activities at the Police Department. I was brought back 2 weeks ago to help with a large project involving the records section. Once I was was cleared through a security procedure I began this project. I am helping to research cases and refile information. This is a time consuming undertaking. It allows regular staff to be free to attend to more pressing issues that demand immediate and timely attention.
The end date reflects the need to complete this report by March. This will be a regular on going activity.
