Project Description:

Annually the Knights are asked to BBQ the hot dogs at the Back to School BBQ. Each family will either bring hotdogs, rolls, chips, plates, napkins, cups or a dessert. The school provided the drinks, and also has tables or booths, for school uniforms, fund raising, sports and other important pieces. The event kicked off at 3 PM with Brother Blake Langley and EJ Hikel setting up tables. Soon Keith Forbes was setting up the grill and canapy. Later Brother Jake Marquis and his son Patrick helped stuff the hotdogs in the buns and then bring to the two buffet lines. All the hot dogs were eaten, but everyone had big smiles on their faces and this was a great way to kick off the school year.
