Project Description:

Members of Council 680 participated in the Maine State Council’s Campaign for People with Intellectual Disabilities
for 2019. On November 16th members distributed tootsie rolls in exchange for monetary donations at the weekend Masses of Christ the Divine Mercy. The purpose of this campaign is to provide donations to a local service organization dealing with clients with intellectual disabilities in the participating Council’s community. The Council collected at total of 518 dollars which was submitted to the Maine State Council. A check was later received which was given to the Katahdin Friends Incorporation with their gratitude for our annual efforts to support their organization.
