Catholic Citizenship Essay Contest

Council: 11257 - PORTLAND

Project Description:

Council 11257 has done an Essay contest in partnership with St. Brigid School for at least 10 years. We had 21 8th grade students participant and each received a certificate. 5 Winners where selected and received a stipend of $50 each. The certificates and stipends were received at a presentation at the school. Brother Dewayn Marzagalli has played a leadership role in all our contests these many years. All 5 of the winners will be entered in the State contest to be held sometime in January 2023.
