Council: 680 - MILLINOCKET

Project Description:

Through out the year, members of Council 680 provided service to the Churches of Christ the Divine Mercy Parish by volunteering in many different aspects of Church life including serving on the various Church committees such as the Finance Committee, the Social Justice and Peace Committee, the Church Life Committee, and on the Parish Council; served as ushers and collectors for each Mass on Saturday and Sunday at St. Martin’s and St. Peter’s; served as altar servers for each Mass on Saturday and Sunday at St. Martin’s and St. Peter’s, for all funerals, for all weddings, and for all special services and memorials; served as ushers and collectors for each Mass on Saturday and Sunday at St. Martin’s and St. Peter’s; served as lecturers, cantors, musicians, Eucharistic ministers for each Mass on Saturday and Sunday at St. Martin’s and St. Peter’s; and volunteered time in the Christ the Divine Mercy Thrift Shop. Activities there include cleaning out the collection shed, sorting, loading, distribution of donated items and clothing, and assisting with the general operation of the Thrift Store.
