Donations for Sanford Schools Food Drive

Project Description:

Sanford School Department sponsored a food drive this Fall for Thanksgiving that will help ongoing efforts to feed local families that attend local public schools. Over a period of almost two months donations of canned goods were accepted as well as cash donations. Several Brother Knights including Grand Knight Pete Auger donated canned goods and non perishables. A cash donation for $100 was also included in this effort. THe total Food Drive raised over $1000 and several cases of of food to support local families for Thanksgiving.
