Drive-in Adoration

Project Description:

On May 24th Saint Paul The Apostle Parish conducted Adoration of the Holy Eucharist at two of the parish churches, Saint Mary’s in Bangor and Saint Matthew’s in Hampden. This was a stay-in-your-car service conducted by Father Frank Murray and Deacon Mike Whalan (St Mary’s) and Father Augustine Nellary and Deacon Tim Dougherty(St Matthews). The council was asked to help with the parking and for the use of our sound system for service at St Matthew’s. There was great participation from parishioners and was an opportunity for all to see folks they have missed seeing at mass. There was a sense of joy in the air with all the smiling faces both in the cars and the Knights involved.
