Fathers Day Pancake Breakfast

Project Description:

In honor of the Fathers in our Parish, our Council hosted a Pancake breakfast on Fathers Day. Twenty-eight Fathers in the Parish enjoyed a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and watermelon at no charge. From the remaining 25 attendees, the Council raised $347.00 for tickets and donations. Because of the great turnout of Knights to do the work and a renown kitchen crew, our meals are known for their excellence. Parishioners usually respond enthusiastically.
