First Annual Blessed Michael McGivney Feast Day.

First Annual Blessed Michael McGivney Feast Day.

08/16/2021

Council: 15791 - FALMOUTH

Project Description:

Myself, my Wife, and Daughter attended the Blessed Michael McGivney Feast Day Prayer and Rosary event on August 13, 2021, via Zoom. The Feast Day Presentation was led by our Maine State Faith Director, with support from members of the State of Maine Staff. Our District 13 Deputy introduced the presentation of the Rosary of Mary. Our Maine State Chaplin, and Fr. John were also in attendance. As a Christian Family and member of Falmouth Council 15791, and the Sowers of the Word Franciscan Order, the Rosary of Mary is very important to myself and my Family. The Knights of Columbus, and the Secular Franciscan Order is a very Important part of our lives. We are very proud and pleased to be part of this council which Blessed Michael McGivney formed. It was also nice to have been asked to attend this Feast Day Service, and to be able to recite the Rosary of Mary with our Maine State Officers and a few other brothers from the State of Maine. GREAT presentation by all.
