The Brother Knights of the council planned, prepped, cooked and served a spaghetti supper with salad, bread, drinks and dessert, and cleaned up the kitchen and hall after the meal. We served around 250 diners at St Joseph basement hall and made over $1170 after expenses to donate toward a roof restoration project at Marie Joseph Spiritual Center in Biddeford Pool. The donation was in memory of Bob Huot, a parishioner who worked there for years and who was fondly remembered by many. Sme f his family worked with us serving the meal. We were gratified by the turn out of diners to the supper in St Joseph Hall where a couple of previous meals had not nearly been so well attended.
