In-coming Officer Workshop.

Project Description:

One of our Past Deputy Grand Knights and two new In-coming council members participated in a council workshop via phone and private homes during June. As we approach a new year its’ important as past council leaders to work with the new members who are coming in, and are assuming new positions within our council and its’ programs. This Past Deputy Grand Knight has worked with many members in making them feel more comfortable in their positions, which in turn will allow them to be stronger leaders in the future for their council. Knowledge and Communication is very important in building strong and productive members in any job in life, with God’s guidance and help also.
