Installation and Dinner

Project Description:

Our annual ceremony to install newly elected officers was held in St. Hyacinth Church before the supper meeting on September 27, 2021. District Deputy Tom Nigro officiated with the assistance of Spiritual Advisor Deacon Larry Guertin. An excellent turnout of Brother Knights was in attendance to witness and congratulate the new slate of officers. Thirteen of the fifteen new officers were present. DD Nigro stated that this was clearly the most prepared installation he had witnessed.

Following the installation, Jeanne Rielly, Director of the local Food Pantry, gave a short talk covering the history, current situation, and future of the food pantry. She announced her retirement as Director but assured us that she will be staying involved. She received a Certificate of Appreciation for her 22 years of dedicated service. THANK YOU, JEANNE!!

Jeanne’s presentation was followed by an excellent dinner prepared by a kitchen crew from the Daughters of Isabella.
