Installation of Council Officers for District #13

Project Description:

On September 7, 2022 at St. Pius Church at 6:00 pm in Portland, Maine- a joined District #13 Installation of Council Officers was held. DD Norman Bisson was principle speaker at this installation of officers for four councils, 101,11257,14246 and 15791. There were a total of 36 Officers that were installed during the ceremony, It was a great event to see all the Officers from the other councils and DD Normand running an outstanding installation.
