installing a handicap toilet for elderly neighbor

Project Description:

The treasurer of the council was approached by his neighbor asking if it was possible to purchase and install a handicap toilet for the additional height. She is elderly and is suffering with cancer. In October 16th, I went to Lowe’s, purchased a handicap (height) toilet. On October 18th, removed the old toilet and installed the new higher sized toilet. I then removed the old toilet and brought it to the Riverside recycle.
