Lasagna Take Out Dinner for Our Lady of Hope Parish

Project Description:

The Knights of Columbus Councils 101 and 11257 did a Lasagna Dinner for the parish community on May 1st 2021. The dinners were prepared and delivered to patrons in the parking lot of St. Pius church. There were 114 dinners distributed at a cost of $15 each for a total of $1710 donated to the parish. Take out dinners have been utilized during the pandemic to raise much needed funds for the parish. All costs were donated by the Knights. Time spent on this activity included preparing the meal on April 30th then packaging and handing out the meals on May 1st.
