Council: 10019 - LEWISTON

Project Description:

K of C members from all 3 councils gathered at the parish garage on ST Croix st in Lewiston and transported the Nativity to Holy Family Church placing it in front in preporation of the lighting ceremony scheduled for Tuesday December 4 at 8pm.

Members of the parish and community gathered in the Holy Family Church at 7:15 pm to say the rosary then processed outside to the Nativity for a blessing from Brother Irenee Richard and the lighting of the manger.

The program which was introduced to the parish by members of council 10019 has quickly become a local tradition and the Nativity has spent time at the three church’s in the Prince of Peace Parish.

On Saturday January 12 2019 the Nativity was transported once again to the parish garage where it was put safely away until next Christmas season.
