Lobster Roll take out dinner

Project Description:

KC Council 11257 sponsored a Lobster Roll take out dinner to assist the parish with funds needed due to loss of revenue because of Covid. The dinner was held on March 13, 2021 and consisted of Lobster Roll, Cole Slaw, Chips, and Whoopie pie for a cost of $15 each. Council 11257 paid for the cost of the lobster and the parish netted $1,669. There were 65 participants and 10 Knights who worked the function.
