Project Description:

The Knights of Columbus, St. Joseph Church, has a monthly dinner. This month we were asked to work in concert with the Faith Formation Committee at St. Joseph Church. The Committee did all the decorations for the festival and the activities for the children. The Knights furnished the food for the dinner. It followed a Madi Gras theme: red beans and rice, portabella intoufee, dirty rice, jambalaya, homemade breads and desserts. We were also responsible for cleaning up the hall for the Warming Center on the following Tuesday. The donations received at the door were given to the local Food Pantry.
