Project Description:

The St. Thomas Council awards the Knight of the Month for March to Paul Toth who has been in the Knights of Columbus for 18 years.
For the past several years Paul has been very active in our council dinners, and our Lenten Haddock Dinners.
Since we have resumed in – person dinners following the pandemic Paul has taken the leadership role of the cooking and baking of our fish and mac and cheese, taking full responsibility for that area of the kitchen and never misses serving our meals “on time”.
Despite working full time, Paul also volunteers at the Sanford Mainers concession stand, the Parish food closet, and Waban Projects.
We thank Paul for his hard work and dedication to our Parish, Community, and Council.
