Project Description:

Our parish held a Ministry Fair in 2017, and it was considered quite successful. A Ministry Fair is simply an opportunity for all organizations, committees, and groups to “show their stuff”, communicate about their purpose and achievements, and to potentially enlist members. Tables for various ministries encircled the hall while attendees visited and learned. Our Council participated and was one of the more informative tables.

Many thought we should repeat last year’s event, so a 2018 Ministry Fair was scheduled for the weekend of October 6-7. Five Brother Knights were involved in setting up the hall, which meant removing all round tables, stacking 160 chairs, and placing rectangular tables as directed by the various ministries. Again, the council table was well displayed and manned. The same crew broke down the tables after the event and returned the hall to its previous state. It was lots of work by lots of Knights!
