Council: 10221 - GORHAM

Project Description:

Our council supports Mother Seton House in Fryeburg, Maine.
It is a caring home for pregnant women, new mothers, and infants in need.
The house supports women to live in a community at no cost throughout the pregnancy and until the baby’s first birthday.
The house also provides mentoring, nutrition, self-care, parenting, child development, education, and DIY crafts.
Our council delivered several packages of diapers and food for their pantry.
We also sponsored a baby bottle drive from Mother’s Day to Father’s Day. The parishioners at St. Anne’s Church filled baby bottles with money to support the campaign. A total of $2,545.26 was raised to support their services.
