Our Lady of Hope Parish Takeout Dinner

Project Description:

A pulled pork takeout dinner was put on by the Knights of Columbus Councils 11257 and 101 at Our Lady
of Hope Parish to raise funds for the two councils. Pulled pork, beans, cole slaw, roll and dessert were served as a takeout dinner at a cost of $20 per dinner. The cost food and supplies for the dinner was paid
for by the councils with assistance from St. Vincent DePaul Soup Kitchen, Portland. A total of 36 dinners were served raising $617 after expenses with costs and proceeds split evening between the two councils.
