Prep for Corned Beef Dinner

Project Description:

Our Corned Beef & Cabbage dinner is Saturday evening.
Council members get together in the parish hall kitchen, the night before our dinner, to prep for the meal. Onions, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, Turnip and corned beef are peeled and quartered and made ready to cook the following day.
Some of the best times we have as Knights happen at this time.
This time, five year old Bella was the star of the day, showing her dad and both grandfathers how to get the job done.
We are expecting a good crowd for dinner. We will be donating the proceeds to help support the building. This is usually our biggest fund raising meal of the year.
