Project Description:

The Nativity Figurines at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Millinocket are vintage 1900s plaster 24 inch scale figures that were damaged and were showing their advanced age. A Knight from Council 680 had experience in restoration and volunteered to take on the project of repairing and repainted these vintage figures. The 16 damaged figures took him 2 months to restore them to their prime condition. It was indeed a project of love that took painstaking attention to detail, patience and skill. The newly renovated nativity set was presented to the Church in time for the Christmas celebration.
