Project Description:
I, Robert Michaud, am the volunteer Webmaster for the Sabattus Rec Club. In this role I am responsible for all of the electronic communication of our association through various online tools including the Sabattus Rec Club web site, our e-mail blast system, Twitter and Facebook feeds. These tools are critical to make sure that the membership receives information on events, games, and practices in a timely fashion. This is all done to help our boys and girls develop as athletes, but more importantly as young men and women learning hard work, sportsmanship, teamwork and sacrifice. Without the communication tools we use, the players and their families would not be well informed and prepared for their responsibilities.
While these sports activities have been put on hold or modified during this pandemic, there is still work involved in maintaining the web site and social media platforms.
