Sanford Mainers Concession

Project Description:

Various area non-profit organizations work at the concession area at Goodall Park in Sanford at Sanford Mainers home games. The Sanford Mainers play in the NECBL (New England Collegate Baseball League.)

Knights from the St. Thomas Council worked at the concession area at six Mainers games. The typical work shift was three hours per game. Seven knights would work at any given game. Tasks included popping popcorn, preparing Nacho chips, serving pizza, ice cream, pulled pork sandwiches, strawberry shortcake, candy bars and soft drinks. The work was enjoyable and the company was great!
