Project Description:

Peter Glynn and Tom Leonard, Knights 4th Degree, and Joe Balchunas, Knight 1st Degree, assisted 5 other members of St Joseph’s Parish in distributing food to indigent people at the St Joseph’s Church Food Pantry. The Knights contributed approximately 12 man-hours of service. The Knights assisted in packing boxes of food (dry goods, cereal, canned goods, some fresh vegetables, and bags of potatoes and apples) and distributed these boxes to indigent clients attending the food pantry. The Knights packed the trunks of vehicles as these drove through, following Coronovirus Distancing Regulations. 18 families were serviced on Tuesday, May 26th.
