Project Description:

Knights purchased and donated food for a complete spaghetti dinner for a St. Michael School fundraiser. In advance Knights prepared sauces. On the day of the event, Knights prepared and cooked the entire meal. Knights then served the meal to St. Michael Parishioners; school students, teachers, and families at no charge. Knight then cleaned the tables and kitchen after the meal.
School parents charged $5 or $20 per family at the door. All proceeds are to benefit students of the School. The School raised $1174 for the benefit of the School students. Many of the teachers, families, and parishioners expressed gratitude for the Knights’ donation and time.

Funds for this event were raised by Knights through their work at the Windsor Fair food booth fundraiser.
