Project Description:
Brother Knights and family members put in a tremendous effort to prepare and serve an extremely well received St. Patrick’s Day corn beef dinner, also featuring traditional red potatoes, cabbage, carrots, onions, turnip, as well as beverages and dessert. This is an annual event for our council, which always draws a large crowd. As in past years, we also had first class entertainment provided by the ever popular Stillson School of Irish Dance. This event produced a large profit, which will fund council activities and provide monies for charitable donations. As usual, we received many compliments, and a good time was had by all!
