Traffic Control at St. Thomas School, First week of school

09/15/2020

Council: 13861 - SANFORD

Project Description:

St. Thomas School opened for the year without the benefit of bus services requiring parents to bring their children to school for “check in” and drop off. Realizing the amount of traffic that would converge on and in the parking lot, the School Principle asked our Knights of Columbus council to
provide traffic control for the first four days of school. We met with Interim Principle, Martin Mckeon early that first day to establish a preferred traffic pattern and drop off protocols.
Six Brother Knights directed the vehicles from 7am – 8:30am, preventing any major tie ups and keeping all student foot traffic safe and out of harms way.
