Visitation for deceased Brother Sir Knight
Council: 1423 - No. WHITEFIELD
Project Description:
On November 17, 2022, Abnaki Council and Assembly lost an exemplary Brother Sir Knight – Raymond A. Beaudoin. ray joined the Order in 1946. He had a break in service, and gained re-entry in 1973, thus attaining 50 years of continuous service. not content with being “just a Knight”, Ray received the honors of the Fourth Degree in 2008, at the “youthful” age of 80! He took his Fourth with the specific intent of serving on the Color Corps. During his service with the Color Corps, he never missed a call-out for over ten years, until an accident at his apartment, forced him into assisted-living, and then, eventually long-term care. At the Visitation, Abnaki Council recited the Rosary, while Abnaki Assembly provided an Honor Guard at the casket. Following the Rosary, the Council and Assembly presented the family with the appropriate ‘Resolutions of Condolences”, and also a Mass Card from the Assembly, enrolling Ray in Perpetual Masses with the Missionaries of St. Dom Bosco, through the Salesians, of New Rochelle, NY.
